One Year in Sea-to-Sky
It's been about a year since I moved to Squamish and I wanted to put together an album of some of my favorite shots from this amazing playground. These are all from the Sea to Sky Corridor, with a few from as far away as 1.5 hour's drive (Duffy Lake). Most are from fewer than 10km from my house and many were taken without driving anywhere from home.
I've traveled a lot this year -- two trips to the Yukon, one to Colorado, one ironic one to the east coast to give a talk at Dartmouth about finding local adventure, and many others -- but having this incredible and diverse area as my backyard has made me wonder why. It's been a year full of skiing, running, biking, paddling, and scaring myself -- what BC is all about -- and I've barely scratched the surface.
